Terms & Conditions

  • No smoking permitted inside any indoor venue used by GS United Football Club.

  • Vehicle’s parked at owner’ s risk.

  • All items left in sports hall or similar at own risk.

  • No food or drink on any playing surface at our indoor practice venues.

  • Under no circumstances will Rozel Rovers Football Club be responsible for any accident or injury to person or persons using the facilities nor will the school be responsible for any damage or loss to personal property.

  • Season Fees are to be paid in one payment by 31st September annually for the season. (Other payment arrangements can be made if this is an obstacle to prevent your child participating)

  • Those that join after this date will have their season fee adjusted (pro rata)

  • Minis players that may leave during a term will receive a pro rata refund minus £20.00 administration fee (for example - full season fee paid in September for player in Year 2 starting Autumn Term. Notice is given and Player leaves after one term. Refund for Spring and Summer term will be issued minus Administration fee)

  • Players in school Year 6 (Under 11s) and above will not receive any refund. 

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Booking confirmation

It is not possible to confirm bookings automatically.  If a booking confirmation receipt is required please provide a stamped addressed envelope.

 

Registrations conditions

All bookings/ registrations are subject to the acceptance of the terms and conditions of Rozel Rovers Football Club.

 

Refunds/ Credits Policy

For cancellations more than 7 days before the commencement of our Mini’s Weekly Coaching Sessions, a full refund less a £20.00 administration fee will be given.

 

For cancellations less than 7 days before attendance at our Mini’s Weekly Coaching Sessions, except on the production of a medical certificate, a refund cannot be given.  On the production of a medical certificate a pro rata refund will be offered less a £20.00 administration fee.

For example - a full season fee is paid in September for player in Year 2 starting Autumn Term. 7 days notice is given and Player leaves after one term. Refund for Spring and Summer term will be issued less administration fee)

Refund request must be made in writing within 72 hours of claim.

No refund will be provided for players in school Year 6 (Under 11s) and above. This is the age when registration process changes for players. For further information please speak with a member of The Rozel GS United Academy Workforce.

By enrolling my child/children, I declare that they are fit to participate in all activities with the required equipment and consent to release Rozel Rovers Football Club and all staff from any claim or legal liability arising directly or indirectly from the program activities.

 

I hereby indemnify Rozel Rovers Football Club against responsibility for any accident, consequential loss, injury suffered, or damage to any property or person arising from any matters, acts and/ or defaults outside its control by my child/children during the course of these activities. Should at any time Rozel Rovers Football Club and their staff consider that my children require medical or hospital treatment, I consent for Rozel Rovers Football Club to obtain this at my own personal expense.
